Become a franchisee
Due to high demand and increased booking rates, we are looking for fully qualified instructors all over the UK to work with us on a self-employed basis as a franchisee. We started out as a local small business and due to One 2 Pass driving school's reputation; we expanded and have been delivering driving lessons to pupils since 2016.
Many ADI and PDI’s feel that this can be a lonely job, and it can be, but here at One 2 Pass Driving School we actively encourage social events, team work, and we are always there to support our colleagues in any way that we can. We encourage communication throughout all our instructors in order to help your business run more successful.
We will help you achieve your goals and business requirements. We are currently actively seeking an ORDITT trainer to help deliver ADI training if you are interested please do not hesitate to contact us.
So what's involved?
Why Join us?
- We offer brand franchises
- We are happy to offer either franchise for either an ADI or PDI
- Franchises are payable on a weekly basis (most affordable)
- We have a strict 48 hour lesson cancellation policy and insist on payment upon booking policy to help avoid the loss of earnings
- We will set you up a facebook page and other social media pages to advertise your business
- help setting up you're new business
- 4 x Franchise free weeks every calendar year.
- The first 4 weeks are free
- We market the business through a number of different mediums, the website, the cars, advertising, through 6th forms, and high schools
- We endeavour to supply you with pupils to try to attain, and maintain the hours you wish to work
- We provide ongoing support and training
- We have regular meetings and socials
- We provide you with your stationery (appointment cards, terms and conditions, show me tell me, record sheets etc)
- We work actively with businesses and schools to promote our services
- We are linking with local high schools and colleges and are becoming the driving school of choice
- We are using up to date marketing techniques and consistently working to improve our media/online presence
